Modern 2BR Condo in Gatlinburg W/ Mountain View!

Positive: Opening of the condo and rooms veiws Negative: No pool was there like it showed on the site

Great location, nice apartment, but could use more care. Positive: Close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Big apartment and in a private area. Negative: All cookware was gross and scratched up. You pay nearly $1k for a week and they can’t replace old worn pots and pans?? The bed frame in the master was also broken and all they did to try to fix it was screw another board under it. Well that didn’t work and the board had an exposed screw it in and we had a toddler so it could have been bad. Lastly, the outdoor furniture looked like it was never cleaned. Just felt like a money grab to us at the end.

Positive: It was a very open floor plan. Very clean, nice rooms, beautiful view of the mountains. Would recommend. Great parking too. Super comfy beds. Negative: All was great except maybe better cooking pans, cutting board, night lites in bathrooms but that is such minor stuff.

Positive: The views, good location Negative: Need new pans and cushions for outdoor seating are missing.

Positive: The property was fantastic. It was stocked and comfortable. It was very spacious and it accommodated my family well. Everything was updated and we also had games and a ping pong table! Negative: There were a lot of stink bugs. We would get one out and we would find 2 more just crawling in the house. There are also no lights at night. We went to the Gatlinburg strip and when we came back to the condo we couldn’t see a thing walking up the steps.
