Negative: If you have a large vehicle, it can be a pain to get into and out of the driveway. I can imagine being completely stuck during a winter storm due to the incline and narrow turns trying to get out of there.

Nice for a short and relaxing getaway.
Positive: It was serene and comfy. The hot tub was nice. Also, enjoyed the campfire outside. Loved the game room area and front porch.
Negative: The property could have been cleaned a little better. Some towels had stains. There were multiple dead roaches. It was difficult to get to at night, very windy and steep.
